He has a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and has been involved in the Packaging Industry for more than 30 years. Apart from research and quality control, Mr. Kapadia has been actively involved with the development and expansion of the market for the inks in India . His vast repertoire of experience includes:

• R&D and Production Manager - Asian Paints Ltd. (1962 - 1969)
• Production and Marketing Manager - Rainbow Inks Ltd. (1969 - 1972)
• Technical Commercial Manager - JBA Printing Inks Ltd. (1972 - 1979)
• Managing Director - Surface Coating Industries Pvt. Ltd. (1979 - present)

Roochir Kapadia

A Chemical Engineer and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University , Columbus , Ohio- USA , he has been actively involved in the development, production and quality control aspects of inks and coatings since 1997. His experience includes:

• Director -Technical Development. – Kay Ess Varnishes P.Ltd (1997-2001)
• Manager – Operations – Advance Paints Ltd (2000-2002)
• Technical Director – Balaji Polycoats (2002 – present)
